Approval Letter dated July 24, 2006: Approval of HCNA Leak Detection System Version 2.0 pursuant to Rule 62-762.851, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C) is approved for annual bulk product piping testing in the State of Florida and will also provide environmental protection substantially equivalent to that provided by compliance with the requirements established in Rule 62-762.641 (3) (d)1.a, F.A.C.

The HCNA LDS V 2.1 & 2.2 leak detection systems, manufactured by Hansa Consult of North America LLC, have been evaluated in accordance with s. ATCP 93.130(1)(a), ATCP 93.515(4) and ATCP 93.517 of the current edition of the Wisconsin Administrative Flammable, Combustible and Hazardous Liquids Code for use as a line tightness tester.

New York State Department of Environmental Conservation
Approval for testing on hydrant, transfer, and associated tank lines as part of the 10-year MOSF License Integrity Testing for all underground aviation fuel lines at John F. Kennedy International Airport.

New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC), Division of Environmental Remediation, Petroleum Bulk Storage Unit
Approval to perform annual tightness testing of the entire underground pipeline systems, the bulk and satellite fuel storage facilities, and the fuel hydrant dispensers. The requirement is due to recent changes to the 6 NYCRR Part 613 – Petroleum Bulk Storage Regulations which were adopted on July 19, 2023
